It took a considerable amount of work and time to have our WHMCS integration successful, as we employ Mootools for our site-wide custom Mega Menu, and we have a 100% css-based fluid layout. However, it eventually came together and the feedback we received so far has been quite positive. We also extensively customized the client areas to offer an option to change the Default Payment Method (usually only possible through Admin CP), as well as other tweaks to help clients understand the different payment options.

We would appreciate any sort of feedback or comments on our integration. If anyone wants a login to view the client area changes I mentioned (especially for the ability for clients to change default Payment Method), please post here.
