ahdonline Posted January 7, 2010 Share Posted January 7, 2010 I have a ticket I keep going back and forth on, and have had CDG on the horn but still cannot get my quantum to work. I just migrated from Modernbill, setup the quantum gateway and migrated (and had users) update the card information. I then downloaded the quantumvault module and ran the migrate. I put in all my information and it migrated everything over to the vault. Now when i am in the admin I can accept payments on invoice, and see credit card last four in the client screen, and see the payment on quantum side in the vault.. But when i am logged in as a client and I click on Change Credit Card Details, I get an error: Missing Authentication Information. Seems simple enough. So i have regenerated all my API keys, MD5, and Vault information and put in there with no change. I even went through with the help of CDG and created a new account (Development) and tried with them to put the information in and i get the same errors only on the client side.
