jrnetwork Posted February 20, 2007 Share Posted February 20, 2007 I logged a call from within my admin by clicking on Help==> Support Request, and filled in my message about the debug section, and submitted it. I did not receive an automated repsonse at all, and not sure if doing this is the same as logging a call via my main whmcs.com/submitticket.php Ticket area. Am I doing that correct?
