Support Request not working?

I logged a call from within my admin by clicking on Help==> Support Request, and filled in my message about the debug section, and submitted it.

 

I did not receive an automated repsonse at all, and not sure if doing this is the same as logging a call via my main whmcs.com/submitticket.php Ticket area.

 

Am I doing that correct? If so what could be the issue?
