PayPal Wierdness...

Been testing out my new WHMCS setup, using my roommate as the guinea pig lol Major weirdness going on.

When she goes to pay an invoice using the subscription option, she gets:

The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again.

When she goes & does the 1 time payment, it goes through but WHMCS does not mark the invoice as paid. What's weirder, is the money disappeared. It's not in my account, nor is it in hers. II got an email saying the payment was received, but my account balance nor transaction history reflects it. In her account, it says the payment is unclaimed.

We canceled the payment on her end & the money went back into her PayPal account (Thank God...I was scared it was gone lol)

Using WHMCS v4.1.2 w/ cPanel 11.24.5-S38506 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9

Any & all help would be greatly appreciated!

did you go into both Paypal and WHMCS and change the links?

Change the links?

I set the IPN link in Paypal to the subdomain I'm running WHMCS on & setup the API if that's what you mean. Sorry, just got WHMCS yesterday so still a newbie lol

Is there something else I need to do?

Well I feel like an idiot. I had the wrong email address put in...right user name, wrong domain. But I guess that's just the hazard you deal with when you own over 30 domains LOL Posting back here in case anyone else makes this mistake. Would like to thank WHMCS Support for the fast turn around on the actual Support Ticket. Works great now!
