Im trying to setup search engine friendly urls for my knowledgebase articles, without much success.

 

Mod_rewrite is installed on the server.

 

Step 1

Config > General Settings > Other and tick the box for "KB SEO Friendly URLs"

Step 2

Make sure htaccess. is renamed.

 

When I click a knowledgebase article the page refreshes and no article is displayed.

 

Should I be editing any other files?
