Trouble setting up eNom

Hi everyone,

 

I think I am having some trouble with setting up WHMCS and eNom.

 

1) applied for the eNom account

2) Contacted eNom to authorize Server IP

2) made test account on eNom

3) configured domain registrar for eNom (test mode)

4) Made a test order with paid status (domain and hosting package)

 

Shouldn't the $5,000 balance in the test account decrease and shouldn't the domain popup in the eNom account too? I'm pretty sure I set things up right.

1, you did check the box in whmcs admin to use demo account?

 

2, check you main enom account to make shore it did not go there.

 

3, yes it should.

I checked the main eNom and nothing seems to be there either. Where do I make a demo account in whmcs?

it is just a demo setting in the enom settings page to tell it to use the enom demo account.

did you add the ip to the demo account in enom to?

Ya, I added the IP to the test account on eNom. What demo setting though, I can't find that setting in the live account.

Hi,

 

I have the checked off. I'm also confused with how exactly it makes the plesk account so the client can use the panel or is this all automatic and what not. In the test package I made the module is plesk and I entered in the domain template and IP.
