megatr0n Posted December 29, 2009 Share Posted December 29, 2009 It's not possible to run whmcs client side but what you can do try is running it on a locally installed webserver emulator(not really a emulator but you get the gist) like WAMP or XAMPP. You would also have to make sure you have the required softwares already installed including ioncube.
