When I try to import accounts in the module sections or a new account is created by a customer the following error is displayed and nothing happens in WHM. Couldn't resolve host ' 74.55.1.50' (Code 6) - Check IP/Blocked Firewall Ports I have the following in the server information: Name: Drift Hostname: drift.myserverhosts.com IP Address: 74.55.1.50 Type: cpanel Username: (this is correct) Access Hash: (this is correct) Do I have something wrong? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
thedudleys Posted December 25, 2009 Share Posted December 25, 2009 i believe that you don't need the hash unless you have it setup to be secured. my suggestion is ask your server provider about your server and see if they have the rDNS setup cause that can cause the resolving issue to happen. try that then run it again once you have the confirmation that your server has it and its completed. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
