Adamski
Hi, This is probably a simple one (I have searched but not found anything that applies).. how do I insert a custom field into the email I can send out? I see this: [Custom-FieldName] but don't know what to replace it with. For example, one custom field is "telephone number". Now that doesn't work. Thanks, Ad

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 19, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 19, 2007 For that custom field, you would use [Custom-telephone number] Matt
Adamski
I must be doing something wrong lol I have the custom field set up in the product. That bit works and appears but if I then add it to the email template in that format I just get [Custom-telephone number] in the email rather than the populated field. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 19, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 19, 2007 If it's on the product, then its [ProductCustom-telephone number] - [Custom-telephone number] is for a client custom field.
