Get rid of 'Configure Server' from order page

I have no idea why the 'Configure Server' menu is even on an order form... and would like it gone.

 

What would a customer know about that anyway? So, how do I remove it... or how do I configure it to auto-populate with my server information (so they can ignore it). Thank you in advance.
