SCpanel Module Error

I'm trying to configure the SCpanel module but when i try to create account using it get this error:

 

Module Command Error

An Unknown Error Occured

 

If i manually create account for scpanel on the server then the suspend and unsuspend functions are working but create and terminate functions are not working.

 

What could be causing this error?

 

I'm using the latest release of WHMCS, my scpanel is running on a cpanel server and i do have root access on my server running whmcs and scpanel both.

 

I've exempted ip of both servers on each in firewall so firewall is not blocking anything

 

Please guide
