Weird Page Error - Please Help! It's Urgent!

Hmm, all the fields are blank. I'm not sure what to write. The info for jjb-hosting.com (My main site?) -
Okay well, here's the deal. I made myself a normal account on my site, got hosting on it etc. But when I click 'Login to cPanel' USING THE WHMCS SCRIPT it just takes me to a blank screen and the URL is http://:2086 Does anyone know how to fix it? I got told to find /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log but I don't even know how to get there.
