I want to add some info per client or product that I only see (not the other added admins). In other words I want to able to enter some text that is not seen by client AND my employers (admins). Possible? Tx in advance.

In Setup --> product services when I add a product (or clone) the description field and price is not saving (returns blank or default settings). It used to work but after installing few patches it doesn't work properly it seems. First thing I did was checking if folders were chmodded in right way and that was the case so it's something else which cause this problem. I urgently need to add some products now.. so anyone has a clue what to check ? Tx in advance.

We decided to give clients a reduction of XX€ on their next invoice when they passed us (succesfully) a new client. I can't figure out how I can set this. In short: How do I give a one-time reduction of XX€ on a clients next invoice? Tx in advance.

Hi there, I recently moved my WHMCS version to another server (re-issued license succesfully) and updated to the latest version 5.3.6 Already in previous version I noticed that when I marked a specific invoice as "paid" it doesn't change the status... in other words the invoices stays as unpaid and my list of unpaid invoices is growing! I reached a point where I don't know anymore which one has been paid and which one are not... they all get reminders (even the paid ones) so I get angry phonecalls. Anyone has a clue how to fix this? (I'm quite sure the files are all synchronised (checked them several times one by one even with the full release)). PS: even when I go to the invoice itselve nothing happens when I the "mark as unpaid" button... strange cause it IS marked as unpaid.. nothing happens when I click that button. Tx in advance

I'm using 2 registrar modules (TLD) and everything went fine but since about 8-9 months there is a strange thing going on... With both registrars when I mark an invoice as "paid" the status of those domainnames becomes ACTIVE but after each cronjob they are changed back again to EXPIRED due the fact that expirydate is not updating. What can be the reason? Is it registrar related or WHMCS related? tx in advance

OK - still having problems here with expiredate not updating. The result is that even if I set the status of the domainnames on ACTIVE again via sql command (they all stay in EXPIRE mode) that after each cronjob they are going back to EXPIRE status... this is a huge problem as when I mark a domainname as 'paid' the registrar will add +1 year (I set domainnames auto-renewal).. this means I'm registering the domainname for an additional year (2015 instead 2014) Does anyone knows a solution for this?

I checked my modules/registrars folder on remote and it is still there... Anyone else have had or is having this issue? Thnx in advance

ok problem solved... stupid me... I added a htaccess file for security reasons and my IP was changed in the meantime

I just upgraded WHMCS to latest 512 and I can't access the adminpanel now I checked the file permission as stated on http://docs.whmcs.com/Installing_WHMCS but still got following msg when I want to login in adminpanel: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /WHM/admin/login.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. any clue? thnx in adbance
