Hello, I am wondering if there is a way for staff members to reply to customer support tickets, when the email piping with googles email service is activated.
My whmcs install is located at vudoohosting.com/clients we are running version 2.4.1 and do have email piping enabled as we utilize Google Apps for our mail management, When the function to allow staff to reply to tickets by email is enabled and they attempt to. We get a bounce back message saying that our email is cannot be accepted as it is not in the client list. is there any way to possibly fix this issue? or is there no support for it while email piping is enabled.
