Hello, Im getting a Critical Error: Could not connect to database msg when i try to open the client side of the chat. Also I placed all the files in my WHMCS directory as instructed but the chat is trying to call the session script from the root directory.

I have been trying to get my site configured with WHMCS and have everything installed and setup. The problem i have at this point is logging into the client area and placing orders. When you try to login (after creating an account) the page just reloads after you submit the login info. The same goes for the order page. If you pick an item and then enter your domain name (under the option that you have your own) hit continue and again it just takes you back to the product selection page.
