  1. Was wondering if anyone could help on these to error messages. I get these daily and can't figure out how to fix. Module Terminate Failed - Service ID: 3 - Error: Permission Denied Module Suspend Failed - Service ID: 3 - Error: An unknown error occured
  2. I am using support through my provider which works with WHMCS.via API I think.
  3. I made a test client and go into my test support ticket and my only option is to reply. I had someone do the integration to my site, could that be the problem?
  4. Sorry it should have read "there is no option to close the ticket". I go into a support ticket and no option.
  5. I have noticed in my client area in the support ticket there is no open for the client to close a ticket. How do I go about allowing this?
  6. I have a question on this as well.. Do we need to setup pricing in the enom account and the WHMcs setup or can we just do one and the other populates in some sort of sync method?
  7. Ok, figured it out. Bit of a newb here but you must install under the https when you install and point all paths to there in setup.
  8. OK, here is whats going on. I install whmcs as instructed in the install guide on public html. Everything works before I login as admin. I log in as admin and add the SSL link (https://....) then I log out. When I go into portal and try clicking on lets say order, I get page not found and the url lists as https://....What might I be doing wrong? Also, I wanted to change the whmcs folder as I installed but then when I got admin it tells me license is invalid, so I deleted and re-installed with the whmcs dir. How can this be changed as it says in the install guide?
  9. I have set up my Whmcs on my site and all went well. Moved the requested folders during install and re-pathed them in config, also renamed admin and changed config. I log into my admin fine and get around no problem, when I log out and go into portal home and click on submit ticket, ordr and a few others I get a "not found" white page. Any thoughts?
