I misposted yesterday, so i hope i'm of with some better luck here i installed a windows 2008 server with IIS, PHP, Mysql etc. and everything is working perfectly. however, when i come to the part in whmcs installation where i need to enter database information, all i get is a download of configuration.php when i try to go to next part of installation. Anyone with a clue?
