I am having an issue and wanted to know if anyone else was having the same problem.
When I click on " Clients > View/Search Clients" and place a check mark next to the client I want to send an email to and begin writing my message to that client. The problem is, if I add a CC' email address and the address is wrong, the message will not send at all even to the client.
Does anyone know why? Does the system save them email anywhere to go back and copy/paste it versus having to retype the whole email again?
