Dear All, i need to translation WHCMS to Thai language, But can’t find how to set default encoding to "tis-620" . 1. In General config do not have "tis-620" Encoding on List How to add "tis-620" to System Charset 2. i try to change System Charset to "tis-620" in head.tpl but not work, plese advice me...
