Is there an auto-response feature for tickets in WHMCS? For example, if a client emails support@example.com they receive an automatic email stating something like "We have received your email and will investigate your issue as soon as possible."

Is it possible to bridge WHMCS to phpBB3? Upon purchasing a service I would like phpBB3 to create an account (with the same login credentials) as the user's WHMCS login.
