We are testing our WHMCS implementation with some of our customers, and it seems that files attached to a new ticket (via mail and via the client-area) are somehow corrupted.
I tested this with a simple "hello world!" Word 2007 document, attached it to a ticket, opened it in the Admin- area and it was all rubbish.
We're running on a IIS system, WHMCS Version: 4.2.1 and PHP Version: 5.2.3.
The problem isn't confined to .doc files, but all, including JPEG files are unusable.
Does anyone have any idea where to look? Attached it the result of a simple text file (doc).
