  1. I have duplicate entries in the WHMCS database in the configuration table and emailtemplates table after upgrading to 5. I'm guessing this to be the reason why I no longer am receiving New Support Ticket Emails. I can clean up the config table by deleting duplicates, however, it seems that the default email templates may be tied to specific functions by ID... Does anybody have an export they could provide with a default emailtemplates table, filled with the default templates rows? It'd be a huge help for me restoring functionality...
  2. I've searched and am surprised to not find anybody with similar issues with this... The new ajax order forms, (my interest is mainly in slider), don't have a login button when you click the "existing customer" tab on the final order step. The problem with this not being there prior to submitting the order is that it can't pull up existing stored credit card numbers. Anybody have anything on this one?
  3. I'm running QuantumGateway, ENOM, and cPanel/WHM. Please see these videos and let me know if you've got any solves. My web host can't seem to figure it out... I've been searching for months to no avail. I understand completely that this is a server-side issue... if any of you have any fresh ideas of where to start looking, I'd be very grateful.   4. Hmm.. mine runs at 3AM... maybe later in the early morning? I hear ya though, it sucks having to e-mail clients and tell them I've refunded them because my billing system messed itself. Quantum's reply to my support request said... "I would suggest you to contact WHMCS directly and suggest them to add a XML Requester query to search for recent transactions and try to match if the transaction was already placed or not before re sending the same transaction."
  5. Not sure where this setting is either... does anybody know where the timeout setting is for gateway processing?
  6. I am having this issue as well... just started recently. Did the increase in timeout fix it for good for you?
  7. Hey guys/gals, I was having an issue with my install of WHMCS, so I made a MySQL backup and decided to go ahead and reinstall with the latest version. I restored my mysql database and ran the installer which upgraded my database. I have noticed that I am now missing all CC details of all of my customers. This is not good... I examined the two databases, looking at one customer's record. The old database has the last 4 of CC, etc. while the new one does not. The new one does have data in the CC# fields, however I can't edit it. Any ideas? Lost. Thanks, Tyler
  8. Already did that for the default theme with no luck. last night I just switched my site over to the Portal theme and recustomized a bit... now I'm back in working order... just a little uglier. I'll work it out from here

  10. Hello, I recently upgraded to 4.0 (including updating template files) and have found that anytime the domainchecker is used, all results now show "Year/s @ Array" in the dropdown menu options. This does not happen when "Register Domain" is used from the shopping cart page. Since the user can't select a valid option for years/price, an error arises during order saying that "Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration" when they continue. If you go to www.redcellar.com and use the domain search on the homepage (just search for any available domain), you'll see what I'm talking about. I've searched quite extensively, sorry if I missed a posting, but I can't find anything. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
  11. Eleven2 created a custom php.ini for me with a higher timeout and still no resolution. Still open to any ideas you ladies and gents might have. Thanks!
  12. ^^ What makes me think that it's the timeout is the fact that it is not happening everytime... occasionally I make it to the page with the order #, but most of the time I don't.
  13. Everything looks fine... could it be timeout time for PHP? It is set at 30 seconds — I tried to have E2 change it but when they created the new php.ini it stopped the admin side of WHMCS from working at all..
  14. Can anybody give me any information as to why I'm getting an internal server error about 90% of the time while setting up an account from the front-end? WHMCS + Quantum Gateway + Enom + Eleven2 Hosting I may have this narrowed down to only happening when domain registration or transfer (enom) is thrown into the mix. Screenshot is attached. Any help appreciated because Eleven2 can't figure it out or help.
