I have read through all of the "account creation failed" topics here, but none of them quite fit my issue.
I am using cPanel 11.24.5-R38506 with WHM 11.24.2
All of the package names are the same in both WHM and WHMCS
The packages are within the usage allowance
The Username and Access Hash are correct.
So, to the actual issue:
I have it set up so that it automatically creates accounts on payment being received - but when payment is received, I get an email saying "Account creation Failed" - and I get no more info than that.
Also, when I go into pending orders and click on "Approve Order" it takes me to a blank page, with the WHMCS interface still on the left.
This is a really frustrating error, and hoping you can help me.
