Is there a way I can set WHMCS to send new order details to my admin email address ?

Is there anyway to configure a custom upgrade option ? Or a custom package builder in WHMCS ? Like say my customer wanted to order more bandwidth for their basic pacakge that comes with 25 gb bandwidth, and say they wanted to upgrade just the bandwidth to 40, is there a way i can set this up to work automatically ?

Are you using cpanel/WHM ? if so make sure your Type field in your server config on WHMCS is set to cPanel and make sure your remote access key from your WHM is copied correctly into your access hash in WHMCS

If your using cpanel/WHM make sure that your server type is placed on Cpanel, and that you've got your remote access key pasted in the Access Hash field of your server config correctly.

hi everyone, my whmcs is not sending the email with the cpanel account info in it, everything else is working fine.. any ideas ?

Hi everyone im from http://www.thehosthighway.net. Everything but the email templates are working fine. The invoice confirmation and automatic setup on the server is fine, but it's not sending my client any Hosting Account Information email with their cpanel information. It is not ticked to be disable either. any ideas ?
