When my customer sent us attachment on ticket, we cannot download it. After click on attachment its will show "File not found. Please contact support."
Does anyone know what happend?

"if you are wanting to pipe emails from domains other than just where your WHMCS system is installed"
but after follow all step nothing happend..

I would like to know, its possible to make like this?
1. When someone reply or sent to email like eg: support@yourname.com its will automatic open new ticket? Also if customer reply to email its will be automatic reply to ticket (already open before).
In this case its possible to enable this feature on WHMCS? If so, can you tell me how?
