eProHosted appears to be the hosting company that is hosting TMChost. You may want to contact them if TMC is MIA you can contact eprohosted here: http://www.eprohosted.com/billing/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1 or at support@eprohosted.com both will open a support ticket with them. As a test, I just asked them a sales question and they answered me pretty quick!
