  1. Same version, same issue for us. Matt, can you confirm that this is an issue?
  2. Thanks Paul, they are both completed. Anyone else got any ideas?
  3. Yep, that's filled in, and always has been. Are you using smtp based mail? Set to localhost?
  4. It appears that emails sent to clients do not have our 'from' email address as part of the headers. This creates obvious issues with spam filters and the like. We are using smtp method with smtp host set as localhost. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Are our settings wrong in some way?
  5. Our payment gateway provider has a system where if the IP address does not match the country of origin of the credit card, the transaction is blocked. It stops about 98% of all fraudulent orders reaching us.
  6. Hi lainard, Your question is not an easy one to answer. What do you mean by 'legal'? What do you mean by 'good support'? If you detail your requirements it makes it easier to know which segment you belong to.
  7. Update: I kicked some heads today, but obviously not hard enough. We still have corrupt pdf's entering our desk. Are we really alone in this?
  8. We have moved to smtp mail, and everything works now. And we don't get the 10 autoresponder replies either that we used to get if the email was spam. I don't know why and don't care, just happy it has fixed 2 problems at once really.
  9. We are a host, and I employ a bunch of people to make these things work. I just needed to make sure it was at our end before I go and start kicking some heads
  10. Thanks Adam, I changed to SMTP mail instead, and we're up and running again. Dunno what happened, but obviously my techs have buggered around with this server and it has broken stuff. We're upgrading it soon so we'll look a little closer at it then.
  11. We are having an issue where a pdf file attached to a support ticket sent in by the client is corupt so we are unable to view the file. Is anyone else having the same issue? I'd really appreciate it if someone test on their system to see if it's a whmcs issue or a problem at this end.
  12. Have you checked again since? I have found that the changes do occur, they just take a few minutes.
  13. Thanks trine. What I don't understand is that all this was working fine before we upgraded, and now it isn't. Can anyone else confirm that they are running this version and it's all working fine using php mail? If so, then I guess the issue is at our end.
  14. Why is phpmail an option if it shouldn't be used? Why shouldn't it be used? Why did it all work before and now it doesn't? Any help appreciated.
  15. We use php mail, and tickets in and out work fine. Everything was working fine before we upgraded to this version.
  16. View Invoice Click 'Send Invoice Created Email' Get an error 'There has been an error sending the email (XXX Company Invoice #XXX)'
  17. View client summary Click open new support ticket Type in subject and content, then click 'Open Ticket' A ticket is opened, but no email is sent to the client, nor does it appear in their email log.
  18. Surely this is more of a feature request than a bug?
  19. This does not happen to me running Version: 3.2.3 If reporting a bug, please indicate which version you are using, as this helps a great deal.
  20. This does not happen to me. It would be helpful to know which version you're running, as I know this issue has been addressed very recently. I am using Version: 3.2.3
  21. And more thumbs up from me. This is now our most urgent need from WHMCS.
  22. Sorry, should have been more descriptive (I was busy when I posted this). As admin, if you create a new support ticket within the admin interface you'll see this bug.
