  1. I use utf-8 encoding, and face no problem at all, everthing is fine. Except a client of mine, who is using lotus for email magemet, and when i sent a ticket response throught whmcs, the greek chars appear like that: =CE=9C=CE=B5 =CE=B1=CF=85=CF=84=CE=AE =CF=84=CE=B7=CE=BD =CE=BA=CF=89=CE=B4= =CE=B9=CE=BA=CE=BF=CF=80=CE=BF=CE=AF=CE=B7=CF=83=CE=B7 =CE=BC=CF=80=CE=BF= =CF=81=CE=B5=CE=AF=CF=82 =CE=BD=CE=B1 =CE=B4=CE=B9=CE=B1=CE=B2=CE=AC=CF=83= =CE=B5=CE=B9=CF=82 =CF=84=CE=BF =CE=B5=CE=BC=CE=B1=CE=B9=CE=BB ? =CE=BA=CE=AC=CE=BD=CE=B5 =CE=BC=CE=BF=CF=85 =CE=AD=CE=BD=CE=B1 reply =CE=B3= =CE=B9=CE=B1 =CE=B1=CE=BD =CE=BE=CE=AD=CF=81=CF=89. It must be lotus problem, right ? But he mentioned to me that is the first time he faces that problem. Thanks in advance.
  2. Whmcs support informed me that they know that problem, and it will be a beta update at the next release ( soon ). So we must wait
  3. hi, I have set up email piping with the second way, email tickets open fine. But i have a problem with greek chars. At the email witch sent to admin when a ticket opens, greek chars appear like ??? , and latin ( english ) appers fine. If i change the encoding to my email client to greek form utf8, the greek chars apperas fine. But at the backend, the greek chars does not apper at all - only english chars. I face this problem only at the email support tickets, all the others are working fine. I use utf8 encoding both at whmcs and db. Thanks in advanced.
  4. Okay, this it was! I wanted all the nodifications to be sent from info@domain.com, and inocense nodifications - about payment - to be sent from billing@domain.com. So that is, i havent thought about it. Thanks again.
  5. okay, they worked, without chaging any configurations. I dont know what was the problem. It works fine now, thanx.

  9. hi, i try to make Email Piping work, but i have some problems. First of all i have read this: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Email_Piping I set up Email Piping with the second way "Ticket Importing using POP3 Import". When i send a email ( not from admins mail ) to the support, i can the the mail at Utilities -> Support Ticket Mail Import Log, but i am not nodyfied about that, and support ticket does not open. I searched but i can not find a solution. Thanks in advanced, Orestis
