Yes, I do setup a web hosting package for the client, but when the system sends a renewal notification email it will not include web hosting renewal fees, it just includes the domain renewal fees!!! did you understand the issue?

Hello all, I have this question and I didn’t find good answer. When the domain and web hosting account of my client is expired, the system will send “Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice” but it will not notify the client about the renewal of the web hosting account!! Also, the bill which the system will generate is just for domain renewal charge!!! What about the webhosting charge?? How do you deal with that? Or what is the correct procedure?

I have enabled namecheap api sandbox ... sorry, but it's not working... this is error message that i received: Registrar Error Parameter Command is Invalid

I’m from Sultanate of Oman, and my currency Suffix is: Omani Rial, and currency code is: OMR. Whenever I try to use my currency as default currency and updating the exchange rate I receive this error message: “Update Failed for OMR Exchange Rate” And, all other currency rates will be zero!! Any idea how to solve this issue??
