  1. How can we modify the support email for "New Support Ticket Flagged to You?" We'd like to update the subject and include more detail in the body but it doesn't appear to be in the email template admin. Thanks, David
  2. We often redirect emails that come in from clients to the support address (pipe). That way it would create a ticket that looks like it came from directly from the client. This has worked with all of our other email based support systems; however it doesn't appear to work with whmcs. The Support Ticket Mail Import Log shows a 'Department Not Found' message and there is no 'To' address listed. Thanks, David
  3. Is it possible to configure whmcs with check as a payment type? A number of our corporate clients are billed with terms and pay by check. Thanks, David
