  1. Hi Samant, Did you get this issue fixed? My problems with DNP were fixed when I reinstalled DNP Enterprise Server on W2003 (was on W2008 before). Matt did some SOAP debug work for us and found WHMCS wasn't at fault, we had 2 versions (one on Windows the other Linux) and we'd get the same error. As soon as we moved DNP Enterprise to Windows 2003 the WSDL errors went away! Hope that helps... Stuart.
  2. Fixed it (well, a workaround)... ...the "fix" was to ditch Windows Server 2008 and install the DNP Enterprise components on Windows Server 2003! Not sure wether it's an IIS, .NET or general config error (not got the time to investigate fully, but I did try many combinations of settings without success), the problem might even be a problem with the nuSOAP implementation in WHMCS - but when DNP Enterprise Server was reinstalled on W2003R2, WHMCS could provision new Hosting Spaces successfully straight away. The new environment has now started customer trials. Just wanna add a personal thanks to Matt who did some investigative work for me, even logging into the servers and debugging nuSOAP. Maybe the issues are fixed in 2008R2, maybe I'll be brave enough to install it one day soon! Cheers, Stuart.
  3. Hi samant! Thanks for the idea, tried changing the port from 9001 to 9003, also made sure all ports are open and working (again) from the internet, local etc... I can browse to http://server:9001 (now 9003) and get the "server running" message, and I can browse the XML, but no joy with WHMCS :-( Did you have exactly the same error before (line 20 > required)?? I've raised a support ticket and Matt is looking into it too, he's said "hmm"... lol
  4. Hi all, Got a problem with WHMCS and DotNetPanel not creating new Users and Spaces. We're currently upgrading and migrating from a WHMCS 3.7.2 / Helm 3 / Windows 2003 IIS6 platform to a new WHMCS 4.1 / DotNetPanel 2.8.8 / Windows 2008 IIS7. Each component works fine on it's own, but WHMCS is unable to create new customers and hosting spaces on DotNetPanel after signup. When a customer in WHMCS signs up to a DotNetPanel shared hosting service, the User and Space in DNP doesn't get created. WHMCS reports back the account has been activated successfully, but no DNP space. In both WHMCS 3.7.2 and 4.1 the error is: Module Create Failed - Service ID: 118 - Error: wsdl error: XML error pasing WSDL from http://x.x.x.x:9001/esPackages.asmx?WSDL on line 20: > required. Few things to note: - The existing WHMCS 3.7.2 is on W2003, WHMCS 4.1 is on CentOs5 - same error. - DNP Enterprise server is listening on port 9001. - Have tried with & without PHP caching on both web servers, also tried php_soap, still no change. - All firewall ports are open, I can browse to DNP on 9001 and get back the asmx page. - Have tried to create accounts with and without the "hosting space email" ticked. - the domain name box in WHMCS has something in it. - Attempting to create Users and Spaces under the "serveradmin" account. I'm posting this into both the WHMCS and DNP forums, in the hope someone might be able to help! As with most things I'm sure it's a simple error to fix, I'm just stuck on how to fix it! :-( Any help appreciated. - Stuart.
