  1. so,we only can manually to create when user need it ? and do whmcs have any plan to add multip year billin cycle ?
  2. whmcs looks likely only have max 24 month billing cycle, i find some thread talk to use "billing items" to make longer billing cycle, but it seems we need to add it for users manually, how can i set longer billing item for users to order directly?
  3. about whmcs's affiliate function, it does not have tier feature, will whmcs add it in the nex release ? i look for idevdirect, but it seems it is not really integrate with whmcs, and the users data do not co-create to each other. thanks

  5. Hi, can i pre-create ticket type ? for instance, i can add types: bandwidth,script install,...etc for tech support department, is it possible? thanks
