Solved: Was the ioncube loader / Was using VC9 (X86) instead of VC6 (X86)

After installing WHMCS on windows, I can access the admin area just fine but get a 500-Internal error when trying to access the client area. My dedicated server configuration is: MySQL Server 5.1 PHP 5.2.13 - NTS Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Experience same issues on built V4.2.1 as well as V4.0.2. What am I missing? No issue while installing on Windows server 2003 Thank you in advance for your help.
