  1. Hi there, In WHMCS v4.1, Matt has introduced "overage billing" as a new feature (specifies soft limits and bills for excess usage). My question is that I'm a reseller and my host doesn't allow overselling - they lock in a diskspace and bandwidth and WHM suspends accounts that exceeds their allocated limit. Would the new feature still be possible for me to use? Regards, Jon
  2. Thanks for your reply! At the moment, I don't think it's wise for me to be an Enom reseller. The service my business offers is web hosting, domain names are offered to customers as a courtesy service (and we only have 1-2 in a week). There is also the risk of fraud, and Enom doesn't make refunds. We do not use fraud protection atm as the prices are a bit high, but we may consider adding it later on. Cool, I'll have a look at it... where abouts is this feature?
  3. So I'm on an eNom Retail account, and it doesn't bother me too much that I have to manually register domains since APIs only work with reseller accounts. But I would like to give my customers the tools to change their contact info / billing info / admin info etc and their nameservers. Something that customers can fill in on the backend and pops up on my to-do list for me to manually change on my enom account. Is this already possible or should this be a feature request?
