I am thinking about using WHMCS, but have some questions
1. Can I pay by PayPal for the monthly license fee ?
2. can I charge a one off setup fee and charge a monthly fee ?
Example new customer sign up
Setup: £10.00
Package: £5.00
So they would pay £15.00 for the first month then £5.00 then after
3. Can the customer pay by PayPal, PayPal Subscription and Offline Invoice ?
4. Is it easy-ish to customize the look ?
5. If the package I am selling need a domain, can it do a whois check to see if the domain is available ?
6. If so, can I set the whois check to check the whois servers of my choice or is it pre-coded in.
7. Is it easy to add options on the order form ?
8. Are the template files all uncoded and any other file I need to change the look ?
9. Once they ordered can it send they an email to say thanks for order and it be setup with xxhrs ?
10. Once I have setup what they ordered can I send a welcome/account details email ?
11. Can I have multi welcome/account details email defined, so I can choose what one to send ?
12. Is there a helpdesk system included ?
13. Can the email be piped in to the helpdesk ?
14. can I put files that can only be accessed by customers, so basically when logged in ?
15. Can I manual set the package to activated ?
16. Can it be set to charge in British Pound (£) ?
17. Can WHMCS to set hosting and script packages as one item ?
18. Can WHMCS be used to sell other then hosting packages ?
19. Does WHMCS still offer free MaxMind ?
