It seems that the theme are a lot like similar. I agree with Impact-John that the portal theme is like it was redesigned for V 4.0 Only that the icons on the first link are big enough and attractive compared to the second link. However, for me I'm contented with your theme right now. In fact, there's no big difference in the design of the two sites.
