I cant not access the admin roles or add someone to be on the ticket system. Also, I get denied access to the ticket system

OK, well I am helping a friend out installing his WHMCS. Everything I use the linux installer and let it upload its files to the directory, the WHMCS installer fails for recognize that its there. I have tried letting the installer put its files in 3 different places, and still the WHMCS install wont work. I have no clue on what I am doing wrong and I have installed mine just fine.
