WHMcs + cPanel + freeBSD, cart.php error on line 0???

Error does not happen when Auto Setup After Accepting Pending Order is set instead of Instantly after setup. -
Ok we have had whmcs setup on freeBSD without issues, yesterday we brought up a new server now with cPanel. Everything seems fine until we enabled automatic cPanel account creation. After placing the order, we get these errors Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /usr/home/hostcat/public_html/whmcs/cart.php on line 0 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/home/hostcat/public_html/whmcs/cart.php:0) in /usr/home/hostcat/public_html/whmcs/cart.php on line 0 The account was created in cPanel. I am at a total loss here, errors on line 0?
