Hi, I integrated Kayako with WHMCS for support but seems that it overtakes download, announcement and knowledgebase. I am able to write announcement from admin side but I am not able to see anything in client area. What should I do to make these things work? Thanks in advance for helping me.

We do not have to do anything with domain. So could anyone suggest me how to get rid of domain pricing, domain registrars and the domain messages in Email templates.

I am trying to download a file for user. I am able to download it in the admin side but when I login as client, the downloaded files doesn't appear in the client area. Also I am not able to see any announcements in the client area that I uploaded in the admin area. I could not figure out what is the problem. Please suggest me to solve this issue.
