i have same issue . i have 2 servers . i am getting same errors on boths servers

Hi i am a new whmcs customer . i setup the whmcs as the ducuments and help here guide . i was testing it before i open to the public and am getting errors . can someone help me . i wan to make sure it works flawlessly . i added the server and the access key . but is not creating acounts in cpanel sorry for my bad english regards, Alex
