yep, this was a WHMCS reply - ID sent to you by PM. In case anyone is interested or is (for any reason) using the aWHMCS, this affects the app as well: Turn SSLv3 OFF, and the app cannot login. Turn SSLv3 ON and login works again.

I've reported to them. for now it seems as they don't consider this a bug...

the WHMCS bug/issue, has nothing to do with the analysis. and obviously, the analysis recommends to turn SSLv3 off...

I can confirm this happen as well with NGINX. when SSLv3 is disabled, payment gateways callbacks (including PayPal) are not working!

just as reference, the API:Update_Transaction, does refer to the (real) ID.

Hello, when using the API:Get_Transactions to get the details of a transaction, the system is looking for the Trans ID field, which is not unique. I want to be able to get the details according to the unique ID field from the tbl_transactions (which is perfectly exported on the reports). is that possible? MtK - - - Updated - - - btw, why is $admin a required field? what is it used for, and why is the API still usable without it...?

Hey, I'm making changes/updates to the code of a custom addon I've created, but the changes are not seen in the system itself, even not after clearing the template cache (which is for the forntend, anyway). what needs to be done to see the changes immediately? MtK

when upgrading to 5.3.5 I get the same error. reuploading the files didn't solve the problem!

Hey, this started after the upgrade to 5.2.13. the server settings where not change and should not be changed (as suggested here: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?81942-problem-in-attachments-after-upgrading-to-5-2-13) WHMCS does not accept 123.pdf or invoice.pdf, which are valid filenames! Invalid upload filename. Valid filenames contain only alpha-numeric, dot, hyphen and underscore characters. if a change was made to the software that requires a change on the server, then this should be publicly known!

after applying the security patch, the system became unavailable until we had to pay for the "updates & support" service. even after that, the system has too many open issues (which are not related to the security patch itself) making the system unusable.

I know this can be fixed manually, but that's not the point here.
