Please register at https://my.fodytechnologies.com/register.php for an account and send us a ticket for trial. Not sure if .PS is currently a supported registry, is the registry using CoCCA then it is by default compatible.
-
Yes it does support Morocco and you can easily disable the change of Registrant details from within the addon.
-
We can give you a 1 month trial, please send me your details in a private message.
-
Yes our module is compatible with .CI In fact all TLDs using the CoCCA registry - http://cocca.com.au/ as the registry backend are fully compatible with our module. https://my.fodytechnologies.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=192 It does support other TLDs as well which are not powered by CoCCA.
-
Simply overwrite the module files. Settings will be saved.
-
just download from the client area
-
Please submit a ticket with WHMCS admin details, we will setup for you.
-
I have found the bug. I will send you the new module by email.
-
Ok so it's happening with the non-3DSecure. I will check this.
-
Have you set the Convert to setting in the Gateway configuration?
-
Replied to your ticket and are awaiting your password for installation.
-
I also got a fix for the Referred error, have been able to catch this. Uploading the new module by this afternoon.
-
This is a bug with the latest version of WHMCS affecting 5.1.5 and 5.2.x. You will need to ask WHMCS to supply bug fix file for your version. The error is caused by a token variable being included in the 3DSecure submission form.

We don't even have a ticket registered on our system regarding your issue. If you could send us a message to dev[at]fodytechnologies.com, we would be happy to help you. Like mentioned, we only support the new module which provide support for .MX. And please do not ask for support on this forum as it's monitored rarely.

The CIRA registry is supported in the newest module. You can download it from our client area, we provide free installation for the initial setup, simply send us an email on dev [at] fodytechnologies.com.

If you are an existing customer you have already been given a 1 year license expiring on 06/03/2014. $15 per month is not expensive for what we are giving and the monthly fee will ensure our support and will ensure that we update the module quickly when the registry make modification to their registry software.
-
The module shouldn't have mark it successful if vpc_TxnResponseCode is not 0. Also could you please send an email to dev [at] fodytechnologies.com next time to report bugs? This forum is rarely monitored.

A new module has just been released which provide fixes for reported bugs and includes new features such as support for multiple registries within a single module and balance widgets for ITNIC and COZA. Please note that as from now, a new license will be required in order to use the new module. In order to be able to continue provide you with support and provide fixes when the registry modify their software, we had to change the way we sell our modules from One Time to Lease only. This said, existing customers will receive a new license key with a validity of 1 year. After 1 year, the customers will be required to renew their license in order to be able to continue using our module. The old modules will still be available to existing customers for use but will no longer be supported or updated. Should you require more information, you may contact us on dev [at] fodytechnologies.com
-
Yes the module is compatible with the latest version.
-
This is enabled by default when you use the 2-Party integration of our module on the credit card payment page unless you have changed the settings in Setup - General Settings - Security
-
This is a feature already integrated in WHMCS and not related to our module.
-
I did reply to your ticket on the 16th of August 2012 and have asked you to supply your Test EPP username and password for accreditation before we are able to sell you the module.
-
It does work. Like I said, please send an email to dev[at]fodytechnologies.com with your issues!
