  1. I have never used the "login to client" because I was able to grab the password from the field and login from a new tab. Now that I can't view the password, due to the new version I need to fix this. Everything seems to work correctly on my server except this feature. I"m assuming it has something to do with "xfer..." link. Where can I edit this? I believe the old documentation says its under "servers" but there isn't such a link anymore that I could find...

  3. I had a customer that I imported in using the WHM import wizard. Everything seemed to import correctly. The customer has chosen to change their domain name, so I updated the domain from a .com to a .net domain in the "Domain" field (in the Products/Services tab) and it will not propagate for some reason. I'm using Enom (reseller acct) and the nameservers are correctly shown on Enoms site and on the "Domains" tab of the customer. I have attempted to suspend, then unsuspend the hosting acct. and change package and change password to see if that would do the trick, but nothing's working. How else do I link the hosting account with the domain if the nameservers are correct on both Enom's site after logging in, and on the Domains tab? I notice in the drop-down box in the Products/Services tab, that there is a hosting account listed (original) and the new registed .net Domain name product listed. On my other accounts it only lists my hosting accounts and the domains are linked. How do I make the hosting account the only account listed with the .net domain? I"m lost.

  5. I have looked on the wiki and the forums. Is there a way to give away a free domain ONLY with an annual subscription, but offer other subscription lengths and without a promo code? Or a way to auto populate the promo-code with just an annual subscription?

  7. I have been looking through the boards and can't find a clear cut answer... I"m trying to only offer a (1 time) free domain when a customer orders 1 year of hosting, If they choose to go monthly/quarterly, they do not get the special offer. I don't want to require the customer to input any type of promotional code if possible. I have attempted to do this with promotions and the "Other" tab for a product, but I can't seem to get the desired result. Someone HAS to have done this before... right?
  8. I am testing, and upon creating a new hosting account I get the following error: Error: Sorry, a group for that username already exists. I don't know what group WHMCS is referring to. Any ideas?
  9. I am testing the functionality before going live, and I have suspended a hosting account just to see what would happen when I go to the domain name after suspending the account. WHMCS successfully suspends the account, however it redirects the domain to a page that doesn't exist and thus a 404 error. Here is an example of the redirected URL: http://domain.com/suspended.page/ The domain is not the hosted domain, but my parent domain where WHMCS is installed. I looked all over, but couldn't find the variable to change the suspending landing page. Anyone know where this is located or how to change this?
