It was in the order form area. It was an error I had caused. I had customized everything into my site. I had renamed the images folder imagesx so it didn't like the change with the templates_c folder.

Yes I have enabled all that. And I enabled signup without order also.

I turned on affiliate program in the general settings then when I goto the affiliate icon that says signup under it there is a login page but no details on signing up what am I doing wrong?
