  1. Step 3 looks messed up, too. Following my example from above I just entered a domain name to continue. Now it says on the step 3 page: Payment term: Join our mailing list How did you find us (drop down menu) There is no option to choose a payment term. And even if there would be one - step 4 asks again about the mailing list and how did you find us. Additional question: Where do I specify the SSL URL so that the signup is encrypted? Thanks. Chris
  2. I am playing with the demo. It seems like the order form is confusing. I do not want the clients to register a domain as an example. When I remove that option from the form, the form fields are: Step 2 Choose a Domain Change Nameservers Only I think this will confuse the heck out of many clients? Can the wording on step 2 be customized at all? I think the default in this case should be: Please enter your existing domain name ? Chris
  3. Is it a template based system so that I can take the header and footer of my existing design and make it match? Chris
  4. My concern is what happens if a domain name is registered by somebody else while it is sitting on hold in my admin panel. I do see your point. Less because of being hacked, but more because of credit card fraud. Chris
  5. Awesome. Thanks for the help. Chris
  6. Is the software not secure that I have to be worried? Chris
  7. Is there a specific reason why Enom registrations are not fully automated and require manual interaction from an admin? Chris
  8. I am in the market for a good billing/account setup software. How does that work with emails for account setup to clients? Let's assume I have 4 WHM accounts and I will put clients for smaller packages on server 1 and clients that order larger packages onto server 2. Each server has of course a different set of DNS servers. If I create an email template that includes the account setup information - will the DNS server information automatically pick the correct DNS server names and IPs based on the WHM account/server the client is on? Thanks. Chris
