  1. No need to apologize, I thank you for your quick response.
  2. I'm a little confused with your answer. I know WHMCS works with register globals "on". I guess my question should have been: Does the latest version of WHMCS work with register globals "off"? Because from the search results that I got dated back to 2007, register globals was required to be "on" for WHMCS to work properly. Thanks.
  3. I did a search on the forums for register globals and the latest results were dated back to 2007. I was just wondering if register globals are still required to be "on" for WHMCS to work as of today's version, thanks in advance.
  4. 1. Hello, I've noticed the accounts created by whmcs in whm are set up with Arabic language by default. If I manually create a new account in whm, it is set to English. Is there a setting in whmcs that needs to be set for the accounts created to be English language by default? Note: I am still using whmcs v 4.1.2 Even 4.1.2 was creating accounts in English at first, then after a while it started creating them in Arabic language by default without any modifications from my part that I can remember. 2. Is there a way to set up the default username for cpanel accounts as random instead of the first 8 letters of the domain? I find this a security risk. Thanks in advance.
  5. I think you have to update your new settings in the config.php, then re-issue your license.
  6. Thanks sparky, I will try that. The reason I have it redirect to gateway is because I read on another post that you should redirect to gateway for paypal payments. Maybe it will still work.
  7. Hello, sorry if this was already posted somewhere else but I could not find anything doing a search. I was just wondering if there is a way to have a "pay with available credit" gateway. I have a paypal gateway and just pressing paypal uses available credit from the customer if its available, but some customers might not know this and maybe decide not to go ahead with an order at that time. I also know that I can just add a line that says something like "To use available credit press the paypal buttton", but thats unprofessional. I haven't messed with the custom module creation but I figure that is only for merchant accounts?
  8. Thanks for your help. I looked at this page a few times and completely missed it!
  9. What happened to DNS Management, Email Forwarding, ID Protection options and price setting for these options? I cant find them in v4. In v3.8 they were available through setup>general settings>domains.
  10. Hello, I was testing WHMCS to make sure it was working through my site. I created a few test clients and a few test invoices, and it worked fine. Now after I deleted these test clients and invoices when I was setting up a real clients account and sent an invoice, the client id and invoice number were automatically set to begin with the number following the last test client and invoice that used to be there. I want it to actually start with #1 for both, just for my records. I went to my database and changed them, but with any new sign up, it goes back to the next # from the previous existing #'s. Is there a way to reset that to where it just starts at # 1 again? Fresh Start?
  11. Thanks. I tried the link also, but it tells me that I have to be an enom reseller through them, which im not. I only have an account through enomcentral at HG. By the way, will this type of account not work with WHMCS?
  12. When setting up Domain Registrars in WHMCS, ex. Enom, what does the "Demo Mode" option do? Or what is it for?
