There was a cancellation request that wasn't showing up in the back end for some reason so every night when the CRON ran it was deleting the account.

One of my clients accounts has been cancelled apparently at random twice now. Shes lost all her email and luckily was only just starting her website. I really need help with this it's going to sink me (at least with this client who is one of my best and most loyal) I set it all back up yesterday and today its gone again, just gone nothing in Cpanel nothing in WHM and nothing in WHMCS? Heeeeeeeelp Dan

I've done as has been suggested and I'm all up and operational, I could see me going back to the old version but no need now. Cheers Matt and all who suggested the solution I though I'd done it all but I can't have uploaded all the files to the proper directories. Happy again.

Ha ha yes that was a bit serious, sorry but It got your attention though I cant see where Ive gone wrong my files seem to be all in their correct respective places but no doubt there's something somewhere Thanks Matt will try that again,

I can see where this is going, if the owners are listening I humbly advise some swift action to resolve this issue. Has anyone had any success yet?

Thanks I've added the line to the config but I don't have access to my Hosting providers php directory and I doubt they are going to change the error reporting level for me in any case. I'm not getting blank pages and it looks pretty normal apart from those top tabs not being there at all and various other anomalies. Arrg rather annoying

Just upgraded to 4.4.2 and in the backend when we click on the clients tabs they are not showing up across the top where it usually says, products/services Domains etc theres nothing ther and domains are missing and some data is there some is not. And well ****! any and al help massively appreciated not sure what to do?

Is there a way to disable/remove the Promotional code input field and button on the shopping cart?

I have custom icons etc so I cant be uploading the images for that. so when you say DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING you mean it's sweet to delete the images folder right, hehehe, Cheers RS
