  2. Hi, If someone can help me on this please. I have to change the tax amount from 19% to 21%. Which is the proper method to do that cause I dont want my older invoices, orders and quotes to change to the new rate. I just want any new invoices, orders and quotes from now on to have the new 21% rate. Thanks in advanced
  3. Problem Solved by Support Team. I had a blank line in my quotepdf.tpl file above the <?php which would cause this error, Excellent Support Thanks Andrew
  4. I add this line on the configuration.php $display_errors = true; to display the errors and when I pressed the Download pdf I saw the message below. Also I am getting the same error when I press Email as pdf. Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/earthonw/public_html/hlpdsk/templates/portal/quotepdf.tpl:2) in /home/earthonw/public_html/hlpdsk/crm/quotes.php on line 0
  5. Hi, I am having Version: 4.1.2. I transfered my whole setup to another hosting provider. Everything is working perfectly to the new hosting provider except one very very strange thing. If I will go to quotes and try to download the pdf (pressing the "Download Pdf" button) the browser does not automatically as always prompt me the "save as" dialog box but instead of that it is downloading ( I can assume) the pdf in the browser window and shows unrecognized characters all over the page. This happens only in the admin pages and not in the client pages. I tried different browsers and all do exactly the same. The only recognized characters are at the beginning of the page all the others are unreadable as you can see and this goes on all over the browser page %PDF-1.7 3 0 obj <> endobj 4 0 obj <> stream x??Y[oGi??+?j?h?;{?SU?T???@y??q ??????P........... I talked to my hosting provider and the server is able to interpret pdf documents, but WHMCS is returning this as text/html instead of setting header to pdf properly after the tests they made. Is there a workaround for this..? Regards
  6. Hi and Happy New Year to all, Ok I had 4.0.1 and everything were ok.!! English and Greek language files all utf-8 After the upgrade to Version: 4.1.2 I replaced the quotepdf.tpl file with the old one to match my custom pdf quote and then I saw that I have problem with the quotes. The System Charset is utf-8 as before. The client interface is correct without any problem with encoding. The admin interface has no problem either with the encoding. The email templates are working perfectly without problems with the encoding The only problem is when I am trying to send the quote or save it to pdf. There I have a serious problem with the encoding. Any help will be welcoming Regards Manos
  7. Hi, I am sure I miss something here. I have an expired Domain. The client did not want to renew it at the propper time. Now after 4 months the domain is still available and the client wants to renew it. Which is the propper method to renew it. I can not find the invoice. Is it right to create a new invoice by hand and just alter the domain's dates.? Thanks in advanced. Mbarb
