In the admin panel i could configure the email sending option. There are 2 options, : php() and smtp. I went with smtp. adding my msn email, example: mymsnaddress@msn.com mymsnpassword added the smtp server: mail.hotmail.com port : 25 Now if i were to send emails to my clients, Those who are on hotmail, would receive the email without any problem. However, those who are on gmail, wouldn't receive any email. Weird isn't it? If i were to change the option to mygmailaddress@gmail.com mygmailpassword added the smtp server: gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com port : 25 and then start to send emails, those who are on gmail would receive the email but those who are on hotmail, wouldn't receive it. How do i get through this issue? Also , if possible how do i intergrate mercury (comes with xampp) or perhaps hmail to send out the emails instead? What will the values be for smtp and so on? I am using a windows machine by the way.
