  1. Thanks Sparky, how could I miss that one ???
  2. Hi, is there a way to delete invoices ? Last night, our system generated some invoices which are already created a couple of days ago, and we want to delete those invoices. Is this possible ? Maybe through a mysql script ? Kind regards, Edwin
  3. Onionman, where can I get the latest WHMCS module ? Do you mean the built-in module in WHMCS 4.2.1 ? Of is there a custom version ? Thanks, Edwin
  4. Hi, we are based in the Netherlands and we have a customer who has bought an addon that he doesn't need/uses. We agreed to refund his money, but we cannot find an option to create a credit note. Here in the Netherlands you cannot delete an already sent invoice and need to create a credit note. How do I do this ? Any other dutch hosters who can help me with this ? Kind regards, Edwin
  5. Hi, I'm running DotNetPanel Exchange 2007 module for some moths now, and started using WHMCS for our Ahsay Backup Software 2 months ago. Since there is a server module in WHMCS for DotNetPanel, I looked into using WHMCS for the provisioning and billing of our Exchange 2007 mailboxes. However, I cannot get it to work. After some fiddling with the configurations, and some help of Matt, I was able to create Smartemail mailboxes on our environment using the DNP module. However, when I create a product in WHMCS with the PlanID of one of the Exchange products, it's not working. It looks like the Exchange 2007 module of DNP has some parameters the 'default' server module in WHMCS is not aware of. I asked both Matt from WHMCS as DNP support for a sulotion, but maybe there is somebody in the forums who has the same problem, and more interestingly, a solution. Anybody who has some advice ? Kind regards, Edwin
  6. Hi, I've looked in the forums, but cannot find a solution to our 'problem' We have the Ahsay module installed, and want to setup WHMCS to bill these Ahsay accounts. That works. But we also have some resellers, who sell Ahsay accounts to their customers. We want Reseller A to be able to log into WHMCS with his own account, and add a Ahsay Service to his account This way, the reseller can have multiple services, but still one invoice. On all his purchaces, we want to give 10% discount, by default. 1. So, it is possible to give one client a permanent discount ? 2. Is it possible to include let's say, username, in the description field on the invoice ? If not, a reseller gets an invoice with multiple instances op Ahsay backup account. We want the loginname mentioned on te invoice descriptoin, if possible.
